Confirmation E-Mail

If you have not received an order confirmation within a few seconds after placing your order, several things might have gone wrong. In most cases, the issue can be easily resolved.

Possible causes

  • Your email provider may have marked our automatic confirmation as spam or moved it to the junk folder. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first.
  • You may have made a typing error in your email address while entering your order details, preventing the confirmation from being delivered.
  • There might be a temporary delay in the email system, causing the confirmation to arrive later than expected.
  • In rare cases, your order was not fully completed due to a payment system error. Please check if the amount has been charged to your account.

What can you do?

First, check your spam folder and ensure that the email address you entered is correct. If you still have not received a confirmation within 15 minutes, please contact us via the contact form. If possible, include your name, the email address used, and the chosen payment method so we can quickly locate and confirm your order.
