Complaint Report

We do our utmost to serve you quickly and efficiently. However, it is possible that something may not meet your expectations. If you have a complaint about a product, delivery, or our service, please report it to us within 2 days after receiving your order. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly and carefully.

You can easily submit your complaint via our contact form. Please provide a clear description of your complaint and include, if available, your order number, customer number, and purchase date. If applicable, you may also attach photos to clarify your issue.

Once we receive your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We aim to respond to your complaint within 5 working days and inform you of the proposed solution. If the process takes longer, we will, of course, keep you updated on the progress.
